Flipbook Pictures is the creative collaboration of two people who should know better.

Alison Ford has been making images since the 17th century.  She works in any media available from charcoal to modeling programs.  As an art director and assistant art director she has worked in feature films (Miss January, Christmas in New York, The Accidental Husband, Be Kind Rewind, Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead)   television (Law & Order, Life on Mars, Guiding Light, 30 Rock, Dirty, Sexy, Money, Antiques Roadshow).  As a senior designer she has worked in the corporate world (Jack Morton Worldwide, Sachs Morgan Studio), and as a set designer she has designed scenery for better than one hundred theatre companies around the country.  She is the founder of Alison Ford Associates, an imaging firm that creates evocative images of interior and exterior spaces for architects, contractors and other design firms.

Dr. Rik Pfenninger holds degrees from Eastman School of Music, The University of Michigan, and Temple University. Rik is currently Professor of Music and Director of Jazz Studies and Music Technology at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Rik's music can be heard on the Weather Channel, the Warner Bros. Network's "Survival of the Rich and Famous', the TLC Network, PBS network's "The Difference Between Right and Wrong", commercials for Xerox, Ski New Hampshire and WMUR TV, the WMUR New Hampshire Chronicle, Rowntree Film production's "The Diary", numerous independent documentary, commercial, and website projects, music for the Princess Cruise Lines Christmas CD, and the soundtrack for a CD ROM titled "The Hereford Mappundi". Rik's seven solo jazz recordings can be heard on Apple itunes, MusicMine Records, and "The Best of Smooth Jazz Christmas" by the Universal Music Group.
